2. How long does installation and styling take?

  • 1 - 1.5 hours

  • Pro Tip: Book a consultation if you’re new to wigs!

3. What’s included in the service?

  • Wig installation

  • Custom plucking (for realistic density)

  • Styling (edges, curls, etc)

4. How long will my install last?

  • Approximately 2 weeks (with proper care)

​

5. Will you braid my hair down as part of the wig installation?

  • Yes, at an additional cost (please make a note when booking).

6. Can I sleep with my wig?

  • Yes! You can use a satin bonnet.

​

7. What if my wig doesn’t fit?

  • We can try and adjust where possible. If not possible, this usually means the wig would need to be reconstructed (we currently don't offer this service as yet, maybe in the near future).​

1. How does an online consultation work?

  • We’ll meet via video call (Zoom) for a 1:1 session where we:

    • Analyze your facial features, skin type, and undertones

    • Review your current makeup/products (bring them to the call)

    • Provide personalized makeup advice and recommendations

    • No makeup skills required!

2. What can we cover in 60 minutes?

Press-On Nails: What to Know >
 

1. Do you only sell press-on nails or do you also offer nail application?

  • We sell our nails online (delivery fee is applicable).

  • We also offer professional press-on application at our studio or at the comfort of your home (travel fees apply).

2. How are your press-ons different from store-bought?

  • You get salon quality at the comfort of your home.

  • They do not damage your natural nails because of type of gluing material we use.

​

3. How long do they last?

  • With proper application it can range from 7-14 days or even longer.

​

4. What nail shapes/lengths are available?

  • They come in various shapes such as square, coffin, almond, stiletto.

  • The lengths include short, medium, and long.

​

5. How do I prep my natural nails?

  • Lightly buff and trim your nails.

  • Clean up your cuticle area to create a neat and clean surface.

​

6. How do I remove them safely?

  • Let them soak in warm, soapy water for 10-15 minutes and remove them tenderly.

  • Do not force them off, this protects your natural nails.

1. Do you accept returns or exchanges for products bought online?

  • Because of the personal nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales of items such as press-on nails are final.

 

2. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

  • ​​If your order arrives damaged or isn't quite right, please let us know within 3 days.

  • Send a photo and your order number to makeupbyfulu@gmail.com, and we'll do our best to make it right.

3. How will I know if my return request is approved?

  • If your issue qualifies, we'll confirm by email and let you know the next steps.
